Her initial career started as the first secretary of an international law office in Tokyo where her general knowledge of law has grown to perform simultaneous interpreter at a higher court. She has been actively involved in intercultural lifestyle program in U.S, A, Asia, and Japan. In Hawaii, Kimi’s career has further developed as an entrepreneur to run a largest Japanese bookstore and cultural events in the West. At the same time, she devoted her time and energy for the fund raising programs for local Japanese speaking hospital for more than ten years, during which, she invited many authors, singers, song writers and famous figures to Hawaii for intercultural events. To-date, her friendship circle has expanded to phenomenal numbers. She is a talented person with golf club activities, toast master, TV and Radio talk shows, and singing.
Her speech for pointing out good parts of life style at the both side of ocean is very famous. Her favorite subjects includes “Man’s success depends on good wife”, “Good lasting marriage depends on good eating, sleeping, and loving habits”, “Life is a big gamble. Five golden rules to win the biggest gamble.”
Kimi resides in Hawaii with loving partner, her husband.
