Born in Manchuria in 1945. Raised in Japan and finished high school. In 1964, came to U.S.A. as a Rotary International Exchange Program student and graduated from Bedford High Scholl in Indiana. In 1969, Graduated from Purdue University in the School of Engineering.　　His career started as a Marketing Assistant at one of oil majors in Tokyo. Then, moved to California and developed his career in Manufacturing Management in environmental equipment company and moved on to General Management. With his success in general management positions, was scouted by an NYSE corporation to run its subsidiary in Japan and later to manage the entire North Asia as CEO and President. His career extended to run high technology Company in Japan and the Asia Pacific in 1990s. In 2000, Muneyoshi became independent to practice executive leadership development for corporate executives, headquartered in California, Tokyo, and Hawaii. His extensive experience as a corporate CEO, in diverse cultures as well as geographical area delivers his deep insight in both professional and personal leadership style with 3C (Counseling, Consulting, Coaching) method.

Muneyoshi is very active in public speaking and publishing, ranging from leadership/management to personal life style of extraordinary passion and energy.
He is fun seeker and actively involved in golf, music, and travel. He resides in Hawaii, U.S.A.
